All customized / personalized items require specific details before production begins.

Please read carefully before checkout:

  • At checkout, leave your customization details in the “Order Notes / Note box.”
    (e.g., name, initials, date, font style, symbol, or any special request).

  • If you forget to add your customization details, you must message us immediately through:

    Please include:

    • your full name, and

    • The exact customization details for your order.

⏳ Important:
Orders cannot be processed until customization details are received. Delays in sending details may delay production and shipping.

❗ Customized items are made specially for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the error was made by us.
